• Began working on Dosevision, a .NET 9, Angular, and TypeScript platform for monitoring personal radiation doses via the Tracerco Personal Dosimeter. This system supports critical workers, including firefighters, the military, and nuclear plant staff.
• While developing Connected Instruments, a .NET 9, Angular, and TypeScript diagnostic platform, I established a standardized project framework with development templates, build pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC), now used across multiple in-flight projects.
• Built Connected Instruments from the ground up, managing everything from Azure resource provisioning to final delivery.
  • Shifted the team’s approach from using paid component libraries (Kendo) to custom-built/native HTML components, reducing costs and accelerating development.
  • Delivered on time and under budget, with the platform projected to generate £3M annually.
• Developed a feature-rich front-end fuel tracking demo in just four weeks, replacing Power BI sales dashboards.
